Are your breakouts so intolerable you’d want to plunge your face on your pillow all day just to hide your face? Or, are you the type who’d scrub your face hoping the acne would wear off? It’s a shame that acne isn’t that easy to get rid of. There is still hope though for acne sufferers, and this comes in the form of a natural skin care product which will nourish the skin. Acne is not caused by bacteria alone. The best way to avoid and eliminate acne is to maintain a clean skin everyday. You have to have a controlled skin care routine when you have acne, and this means gently washing it to keep it looking spot free. You should use a natural skin care product twice daily to control your acne. What you need is the moisture putting back into your skin, so you should be using a cleanser that doesn’t contain harsh ingredients. If you suffer with acne then you need to ensure your pores are cleansed. Dermatologists also warn on the use of soap bars as they’re too drying and strip important lipids away. Although highly tempting at times, any picking or popping of spots isn’t recommended. It doesn’t prematurely get rid of acne; these handlings will provide you with skin lesions and scars afterwards. Ultraviolet rays from the sun are also damaging to your skin and aggravate acne because it triggers a virulent production of sebum, not to mention that skin cancer is also attributed to UV rays. As well as using your own judgement, the sun’s rays should be avoided during the hot mid-day hours. As well as all the above tips, you want to make sure that the make-up you use isn’t making your acne worse, which is why an oil-free product is recommended. Always read the label. If you don’t, then you could be making your acne much worse. Another important addition to your acne skin care routine is to exfoliate. Exfoliating rids your top skin with layers of dead skin cells that contribute to flare ups. Do this only once a week to avoid tearing your skin and choose a gentle scrub with microdermabrasion (the ones with tiny grains). Choose to add exfoliation to your acne skin care routine, as well as using a natural skin care product, and the future looks promising for your acne control.
